We have put a lot into this house the last few years. Lots of love, and some other things too.
- There are newer mechanicals throughout including high efficiency furnace, central air, hot water heater, water softener.
- The electrical was updated with 200 amp circuit breakers. Knob and tube wiring was replaced.
- New roof in 2014.
- Newer windows in almost every room. Beautiful originals everywhere else.
- New high efficiency insulation throughout the home, including walls.
- New appliances / remodeled kitchen with multiple pantry spaces (two cabinets plus full room off kitchen).
- Remodeled first floor bathroom.
- New second floor master suite (see Master Sweet post)
- Outdoor features include a rain garden, raised bed garden, beautiful porch with swing, one car garage, water-permeable driveway, and fenced in backyard.
